Having guided over a thounsand students across varied group settings and corporate sessions, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of yoga in people's lives.
From beginners to seasoned practitioners, my classes cater to all levels, fostering growth and harmony in both body and mind.
Beyond the studio, I've had the privilege of leading retreats and workshops in numerous locations throughout Bangalore, providing participants with immersive experiences that rejuvenate the spirit and deepen their practice.
Through mindfulness practices woven into every session, I aim to cultivate a sense of inner peace and presence that extends far beyond the confines of the mat.

It was very quick labour , I had pain for 2 hours, and within 5 pushes, my little girl arrived.
